The more I talk about Fearless Leadership, the scarier it gets it seems. Some leaders are embracing it fully and whole heartedly, and some leaders are pushing back and saying there is no such thing, you cannot ever be fearless!
I am intrigued with this fear of “fearless leadership!” I really do believe there is such thing as “Fearless Leadership”; it is attainable and is available for any woman who is willing to be curious and insanely courageous for 20 seconds.
